Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CRM ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our customer relationship management software and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: account details (name, email, phone number, password); contact and lead records you enter (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, notes, and related details); communications and activity you log (calls, texts, emails, notes, tasks, appointments); and files you upload. We also automatically collect limited technical data such as log-in times and basic usage needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and maintain the Service; store and organize your contacts and business records; enable communication and follow-up with the people in your database; secure accounts and prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or the personal information of your contacts.
3. Contact and Lead Data
You are responsible for the contact and lead information you enter into the Service. You represent that you have a lawful basis to store and contact those individuals, and that you will honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf.
4. Communications and Consent
If you use the Service to contact individuals by phone, text, or email, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent and complying with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and carrier messaging rules (such as A2P 10DLC registration for automated texting). Recipients must be able to opt out, and opt-outs must be honored.
5. Call Recording
Any call recording is performed at your discretion and on your own devices or telephony services. You are responsible for complying with federal and state recording-consent laws. Some states require that all parties consent before a call is recorded. Where required, you must disclose recording at the start of the call.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the Service (for example, with hosting and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf), or when required by law. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the security of accounts you create for your team.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Individuals in your contact database should direct such requests to you as the controller of that data.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
